24-Hour Rush & 3-Day Rush Services

Select items on our website are available with 24-hour rush service. In order to ship on the next business day both the order and vector artwork must be received before 11:30am PST. Customization must also be limited to a single color imprint in one position only. No paper proofs are available for rush orders. 3-Day rush service is also available for certain products and a 20% or more surcharge may apply to the product price. Please see the product page for further information.

Delivery Information

Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are based on current carrier rates from the shipping origin to the delivery address. Please be sure to indicate an in hands date on your order and select the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline. We ship Ground (up to 5 business days in transit), 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day Air. You are also welcome to provide us with your own UPS or FedEx account number for shipping instead of shipping being charged to the order. Corporate Gifts & Awards only ships orders to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Impriting / Engraving Lead Time

Custom imprinted or engraved items typically have a standard lead time of 5 to 7 business days to complete before they ship. Production begins from the time you approve the paper proof if one is requested. Most products are available with a rush service if you require them sooner. Select products are also available with free 24-hour rush service.

Return / Refund Policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees. Returns due to reasons other than defect or damage will be refunded, minus shipping and handling fees and must be shipped to return address provided, at customers expense. Imprinted and engraved merchandise or custom orders are not returnable unless due to manufacturer?s defect. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item of any defects on customized items. We strongly urge customers who are shipping a return at their own expense to ship via UPS or FedEx and please insure your return, as we are not responsible for return shipping damages or loss. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and received in original (new) condition. We must be notified within 30 days of shipping date of the item to authorize and process a return. Requests to return an item after 30 days of shipping date will be refused. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase. Unauthorized returns will be refused. In the event that your shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier or Corporate Gifts and Awards customer service within 14 days of delivery.
